About the event
Pasta Pals is a virtual cooking workshop, where you will fulfill your dream of learning how to make a delicious and classic pasta dish from scratch. Our workshop will be led by chefs from two of Sydney's best Italian restaurants, Alex Major from Ragazzi and Brandon Jones from Totti's. The event will be held via Zoom from the comfort of your home on Sunday 11th October from 4pm – 6pm.
For this unique one-off event, we've partnered with Two Good Co., a local charity which cooks meals and donates self-care packages to women's refuges for domestic violence survivors, as well as hiring women from the shelters they serve as a stepping stone to further long term employment. All proceeds from Pasta Pals' tickets, raffle sales, merchandise and crowdfunding will go directly to Two Good Co. to support their mission.
This event is suitable for individuals of every skill and experience level - whether you're a wiz in the kitchen, or have only ever used $2 home brand pasta packs. All you will need is a few basic ingredients (no fancy equipment needed) and a can-do attitude, so join us for a fun event with a charitable cause and get ready to impress your pals with your new pasta making skills!
